Notes: Rhylon was a high ranking member of the pirate clan the Deacons of Devil’s End until the brutal murder of his captain, Pirate Lord Dimitri Ivanova. Once Thaddeus Karp took over as Pirate Lord, Rhylon started a rebellion, separating half the pirates into his own clan, the Hangman’s Guard. They are hell-bent on overthrowing the corrupt Pirate Lord Karp and Governor Bart Higginbotham.

Formerly controlled by the Jolly Pirate Lord Dimitri Ivanova until his brutal murder, The Deacons of Devil’s End are currently under the command of Thaddeus Karp.
Under Dimitri, the Deacons were considered the protectors of the people in Smith’s Pointe, but now Thaddeus and Higginbotham are rumored to be in dealings with the ISF.
